What is Intuitive Healing?

​In Intuitive Healing sessions, Clothilde combines the practices of Kinesiology, Reiki and Shadow work. This powerful combination of modalities facilitate the flow of energy within and shines the light of self-awareness where it may have been hidden or suppressed from our consciousness. This gives us the opportunity to integrate and heal our wounds, our unhelpful patterns of behaviours and release limiting beliefs.

What is Shadow work?

Shadow work is delving into the hidden realms of our psyche—the aspects of ourselves that dwell in the shadows of our consciousness. It invites us to courageously confront our fears, doubts, and suppressed emotions with compassionate understanding. By shining light on these darker corners of ourselves, we give ourselves the opportunity to heal and integrate our whole selves.

Through this inner exploration, we reclaim parts of ourselves, fostering deeper self-acceptance and inner peace.
